Tullyho mini lops and guinea pigs cavie

                 

    Say hallo to the first ever Mini Lop born in my pets corner,her name is Fluffy.

As people who know my other website l have a small bed and breakfast and run a pets corner for myself and my guests,at least thats where it all started.

We have started to ring some of our rabbits as we always have show quality kits available as breeding from good thought out stock has proved to be very beneficial in our program, we have histories on a number of Does and Bucks as well as Guines Pigs, so have learnt who to put to who for very pretty kits and piggies.

 Baba l drove 360 miles to collect him and he arrived suffering stress related bloat, he has been with us 7 days now and is in full recovery thanks to olive oil .liquid parrifin and Infacol,as well as reduced to hay and water for 48 hours.He is the tiniest Nethie l have ever seen and such a sweet nature he runs across my bed to kiss me and have a snuggle,nevermind the droppings on the way,he will be returning to a hutch shortly whenl am 100% sure he is o.k.

                   

              

 

 Here he is in a hamster cage on my side bed just to show you how tiny he is, exercise is a run round my bedroom at the moment with the windows open l am freezing but he is well and that's all that matters.

                  

                 

 

We first started to think of our pets Corner and how to get our Pets to look something to want to look at and that is where we started,checking with one of my new found friends Sarah who (Brunellops) has helped us enormously in what would be called show quality and it proves to be not just a hobby but very interesting in genetics (Mendels law)and it turns out l know more than l thought, l expect breeding Poodles and always looking for good conformation has more than help as well as given me an eye for the best. sometimes guess work has not proved to be a mistake but quite the opposite and produced the most amazing animals as l always go for the most placid in all animals, as l do not do aggressive not for me at all just an old softy,thats why l rescue as well.

Conformation is the key and grandparents as well a great grand parents,colours of course have there place and that must be recognised to keep both genetic conformation and colours holding hands to produce the beauties as with humans it is the same,as Mendels Law of genetics has a place and must be listened too and observed when looking for the best.Attitude again are of paramount importants as their is nothing like a bite from a bad tempered animal so mum holds her special place in the over all picture as to her temperament and her up bringing of her little ones, handle with the right care also is very important as well as good diet to have sound good boned well tempered pets as l am sure many would agree.

l have put an ugly Doe to a big buck and produced the most amazing kits, because l know their back ground and look hard at the important bits to acchieve my idea of the best and have been told that l do a good job, which of course tickles me and makes me smile to have someone say that l've done a good job, don't we all feel the same.

l also breed toy poodles (CLICK HERE) only in a small way,rescue small animals and run an advice page for people looking for good breeders and lots of advice for those who have had various problems with bad breeders and a variety of problems with pups and re-homed animals.

WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO NETHIES ARRIVING  SHORTLY.Always wanted Nethies and now from a kind friend l have acchieve my ambition to have these tiny little babies.Hope the long drive down to Cornwall will not exhaust me to much to collect these little darlings,l am so excited, any day now l will be on the road to the magical land of Kernow.

Lionhead will be on there way as well, they always remind me of cotton wool and my poodle pups in their puppy clip

What we hope to establish is peoples awareness of the ill treatment of animals and where to go and what to look for so establishments like this can be irradicated.

And so we always have rabbits and guinea pigs looking for good homes,some are my own and some rescue,.
