Welcome to our site! I,d like to start by introducing ourselves,l'm Chris and with my mother Hazel we breed Netherland dwarf rabbits,Mini lop rabbits, Lionheads and guinea pigs which we do occasionally make available to loving and caring homes.We believe each of our special little baby rabbits and guinea pig baby,s deserve the very best in life there is to offer !
WE DO NOT MAKE A PROFIT FOR OURSELVES ALL OUR MONEY GOES BACK TO THE RESCUE RABBITS OR TO FUND OUR OWN, AS THIS IS A HOBBY ONLY.WE TRY TO BREED TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY AND MY MUM LOVES THE COLOURS AS WELL AS HER PARTICULAR THING IS THE EARS MUST HAVE NICE EARS I HEAR HER SAY, NO WRINKLES.
As my mother has now retired she has said she will put more interesting facts on the site, so will be investigating as many things as she can to make a more interesting site, for people to look at, the vet is the first stop l believe l heard her say, so watch out for lots of new pages as she did on the other site.
I don't have any choice in the matter you know what mum's are like well mine at least, she will never give up the reins, retired my eye, she never misses a trick, can't get away with anything, she would still look behind my ears if l let her, l see her crane her head, she has more cheek than l do, no potatoes there mum l say, she just smiles and comments mmmmmh we'll see erh hum !!

All made by hand with the odd bit of machinery to help, Chris does not believe in wasting our resources more than necessary so he makes all hutches with mainly reclaimed wood, especially ours.
Some are new wood when he can't find reclaimed .

Which is why everyone of our rabbits and guinea pigs is given dedicated time and attention to make absolutely sure they are healthy happy and well adjusted,and why we personally meet every new perspective owner to ensure they go to the right home,i personally make sure each and every adult and baby rabbit and guinea pig is suited to the right owner and not just whoever wants one.
How do we do it ?
Confirmation is the key and grandparents as well as great grand parents colours of course are very important and must be recognized to keep both genetic confirmation and colours right.Combine all this with lots of time love and affection and you will have the most beautiful stunning rabbit or guinea pig you could hope for.
Whats your No.1 rule ?
Well l'd have to say our biggest rule is that you must handle your new addition to the family as often as possible,stroke and fuss over them and they will love you back for years to come,far too often we have to take in an older pet which has become frightened agitated scared and some times even aggressive all because people just didn't spend enough time stroking and talking too them.
